REPORTING
Accurate and timely construction reports are important to the owner and general contractor as well as all associated team members and consultants. And these reports gain even greater value as the construction project approaches completion by accurately predicting any variances that may exist, thus avoiding surprises and unforeseen outcomes.
It is our experience that owners or clients are typically busy with other interests thus allowing them only part time access to the construction site and its current progress. Therefore, timely written and circulated reports are their best source for receipt of critical information dealing with the current aspects of the project.
Accurate progress reports and construction minutes are a significant and valuable tool for the contractor and their subs by validating compliance or non-compliance with the contract and its completion schedules. The reports explain the cause of variances from previously established contract quantities and alerts all parties to any deviations from the expected schedules or contracted budgets. The end result is consistent and accurate reporting in a repeating format on a weekly basis satisfies the needs of all parties.
EFGolf is exceptionally proud of its ability to truthfully and precisely explain and depict the actual construction processes and progress to the extent our projects typically avoid disputes and excessive change orders. A couple examples of previous project reporting are posted for review.
