Accurate progress reports and construction minutes are a significant and valuable tool for the contractor and their subs by validating compliance or non-compliance with the contract and its completion schedules. The reports explain the cause of variances from previously established contract quantities and alerts all parties to any deviations from the expected schedules or contracted budgets.
